Cancellation Policy

Unwind Spas understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. An appointment reminder will be sent out 24 hours in advance. A deposit of $50 is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit. Late arrivals of 1-19 minutes may result in length of session being shortened due to scheduling conflicts. Late arrivals of 20 minutes or more will result in your session and deposit being forfeited.
